I m suggested a large (I'm 5'9\", 170ish lbs, B-cup, pear/spoon shaped) but I decided to size down to a medium because I'm small up top and I'm so glad I did! Fits beautifully! I don't need a bra with it and I prefer the snap undone so it follows my natural lines. It's only about half an inch difference but makes a big difference in the visual on my body. No concerns with gaping in the chest area on me.
